Whether you are a sole trader or a bigger business, you will want to show yourself and your products in the best light.

Portraits of your staff can give your business a more friendly and human face in your literature and web site. You will also want to show off your products at their best to encourage sales, or perhaps you want to show off your facilities and services.

Prices and info:

Each commission will be different, so there is no one set price or all inclusive fee. Quotes are done on a per job/commission basis which means that you only pay for what is required.

General:

  • Hourly rate (photography): £35
  • Half day (4 hours): from £125
  • Full day (8 hours): from £220
  • Image processing: £15 an hour
Extras:
  • Image manipulation (anything more involved than basic processing): From £20 an hour
  • Studio hire: from £25 an hour
  • Location hire: varies (may also include time and expense in finding and scouting locations as well as any fees for hiring)
  • Model hire: from £20 an hour
  • Make up artist: from £25 an hour
  • Hair stylist: from £25 an hour
  • Fashion stylist: from £25 an hour
  • Materials and usage: as required.
  • Props: varies (may include time and expense in finding props as well as hiring and/or buying)

(Please note that the prices above are minimum guidelines - actual prices will vary depending upon requirements.)

Travel:

Travel fees (time and distance) are included for locations within 25 miles of BS1, for within Bath and within W-s-M. Areas outside of these are: £5 an hour while travelling and £0.35p per mile.

Training and consultancy:

If you require your own staff to do your photography in-house, I can help advise on equipment required and train your staff on how to use it, photographic techniques, digital image work-flow, file formats and getting images ready for print or the web.

Misc:

Digital images are generally supplied via CD/DVD or online as 8bit TIFF and/or JPEG files at 300dpi. Web sized and optimized versions, as well as other common formats are also available.

Physical prints are available to order - prices depends upon quantity and size of prints ordered.
